Manufacturing Manager

An employer sitting in Pico Rivera is looking to hire a Utilities Manufacturing Manager. The company is looking to bring a new upgraded version of their technology to the field. Theyre currently working on picking a vendor to help build out the equipment mounts that are needed for their sensors. Theyre looking to bring on a Manufacturing SME to travel to the manufacturing site to identify quality control processes, conducting inspections, checking out the designs etc. Its important that this person is understanding of the public right away as this individual will need to determine if the product is valuable or not for the right away. This person will be responsible for taking the research and development efforts to mass commercial production. This will be a full time role (M-Fri) travel required, 40 hours/week (paying between $50-80/hour).Desired ExperienceBachelors Degree in related field7-10+ years experience within utilities equipment manufacturingExperience in public right away infrastructure including electrical panels, pedestals, bollards etc.Experience conducting quality oversight on inspections, quality of products, and designInjection Molding Plastic Manufacturing ExperienceUnderstanding of the required strength and foundations needed Benefits and Compensation$50-80/hourExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
