This role is perfect for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate, business strategy, design, and community development"”particularly in the field of behavioral health.Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Executive Support:• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including reporting, file management, and organization.• Maintain efficient information flow to ensure accuracy and timeliness.• Address inquiries, manage correspondence, and oversee message distribution.• Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups for executive leadership.• Support leasing, property management, and accounting departments as needed.Office & Retail Leasing Support:• Engage with prospective tenants, conduct property viewings, and facilitate leasing processes for office, retail, and residential spaces.• Assist with drafting and processing lease agreements and amendments.• Maintain leasing records, track tenant inquiries, and ensure timely responses.• Research market trends, compile comparative rental data, and assist with marketing strategies to attract high-quality tenants.• Collaborate with brokers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders on leasing negotiations.Construction & Project Management:• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to oversee tenant improvements, renovations, and new construction projects.• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.• Conduct site visits, manage progress reports, and communicate updates with stakeholders.• Assist in reviewing contracts, proposals, and project scopes.• Support executives in securing permits, reviewing design plans, and liaising with city officials.Property & Facilities Management:• Conduct property site visits and coordinate with tenants for maintenance and facility needs.• Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality property services.• Assist in handling property-related financial documentation, including rental payments and expense tracking.• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality advertising materials.Qualifications:• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.• Real estate leasing experience (office, retail, or residential preferred).• Experience with project coordination, construction management, or tenant improvements is a plus.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle required for site visits.• Flexibility for occasional work outside standard hours.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property management software is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or construction project management.• Bachelor's Degree in real estate, business, or a related field.• Active real estate license (preferred but not required).• Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software.Job Details:• Location: Los Angeles (ZIP 90036), with on-site expectations.• Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 am-6 pm or 8 am-5 pm).• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.Benefits:• Competitive health insurance contribution.• Company-provided phone.• Paid time off plus observed national holidays.By joining MPM, you're not just pursuing a career"”you're aligning with a mission that values real estate excellence and community impact.
