Integrator Sales Representative

About Us: Innovative Hardware Inc. dba EPS is an established integration company that was recently acquired by Rocky Rodriguez and Mike Wackerly. EPS offers system design, installation, service, and monitoring for a majority of Division 27 and 28 construction - including intrusion, access, fire, CCTV, and sound systems, for clients throughout the country.Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive sales and business development for our integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and fire systems, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.Identify client needs and present tailored solutions, including CCTV, fire, access control, intrusion detection, and other security technologies.Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for management.Requirements:Proven experience in security and fire system sales, technology sales, or a related field.Strong knowledge of security integration solutions (CCTV, access control, intrusion, fire detection, and networking).Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.Valid driver's license, insurable by our company provider and willingness to travel as needed. Benefits:Competitive base salary + commission structure.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Work with industry-leading solutions and technologies.Comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
