Job Description:A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on an Event Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic Event Marketing team. This individual will assist Event Marketing Managers in the planning, coordinating and execution of tradeshows, events, and conferences.Responsibilities: Assist tradeshow coordinators with the planning and execution of tradeshows and eventsAdministrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining event calendars and preparing documentsLogistics coordination, venue booking and vendor communicationEvent registration, attendee communicationGeneral administrative supportRequirements:2-3 years of experience in an event marketing, tradeshow coordinator or similar role1-2 years of experience in data entryExpense/budget management experienceDetail orientedExcellent communication abilitiesCollaborative mindset - ability to work collaboratively with various team membersProficiency in MS Office Suit - pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
