We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our diverse engineering team, driving excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Role * As an Engineering Manager, you will balance technical leadership with team management, dedicating approximately 30% of your time to hands-on activities such as architecture design and code reviews, and 70% to overseeing and guiding an 8-person engineering team comprising Front End, Backend, and Machine Learning Engineers.Key *Technical *Provide architectural guidance and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient systems.Team *Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance metrics.*10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in computer science principles.5+ years in engineering management roles, demonstrating effective leadership and team development.Technical **Proficiency in our tech **** Go, Kafka, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
