Engine Calibration Engineer

Role Engine calibration engineer should have experience in following? Experience with dyno calibration processes? Experience with standard dyno equipment, emissions equipment, CAS and other generally use instrumentation in engine test laboratories.? Thorough understanding of fundamental combustion systems, control strategies and calibration techniques? Thorough understanding of dyno and test automation, test scheduling with the aim maximize unmanned operation in third shifts and weekend operation, utilizing manned hours for more complex measurements that require manual operation? Thorough understanding of engine out emissions calibration and strategies to minimize tailpipe emissions during cold catalyst operation? Thorough understanding of all vehicle related functionalities, including, but not limited to, drivability functionality? Fundamental understanding of Calibration and Dataset management, Calibration Release requirements.? Analytical and Methodological work standards, organized and precise working standards.?
