At A.R.M. Solutions, we're looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is an on-site role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment while maintaining a proactive, independent approach to their work. You'll play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships, and establishing partnerships that fuel long-term success.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Prospecting & Research: Identify potential clients and opportunities within your assigned industry. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals by leveraging research, networking, and online tools.Partnership Development: Take ownership of identifying new partnerships in your assigned industry. Build and nurture these partnerships to generate leads and drive mutual success.Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute outreach through various outlets. Take ownership of follow-ups by handling calls with potential clients and attending industry events to confidently present A.R.M. Solutions' services and benefits to partners and prospects.Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with A.R.M. Solutions' offerings. Analyze their business needs, budget, and decision-making processes.SDR Support: Partner with the SDR team to schedule meetings and demos, provide relevant materials, and ensure they're equipped to schedule sales presentations.Sales Presentations: Confidently present A.R.M. Solutions' services and benefits to prospects through personalized outreach, presentations, and virtual meetings. Tailor your pitch to address the unique needs of each client.Closing Deals: Take the lead role in negotiating and closing deals with prospective clients. Work closely with the client services to ensure a smooth handoff and successful onboarding process.Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a detailed pipeline of prospects, tracking progress toward achieving your sales goals.Reporting & Strategy: Provide regular updates on your progress, maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, share insights with management, and collaborate to refine strategies for growth.What We're Looking ForSelf-Starter & Independent Worker: Ability to take initiative and manage your work independently with minimal supervision.Highly Motivated: A strong drive to meet and exceed goals, with a passion for identifying new opportunities and building lasting relationships.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to connect effectively with clients and partners.Relationship Builder: Proven ability to establish and nurture professional connections.Preferred Skills: Experience with tools like Salesforce,ZoomInfo,Outlook, and theMicrosoft Office Suite is a plus but not required.Experience: Prior experience in sales, business development, or partnership management is a plus.Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
