Job **A leader within the logistics industry is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This resource will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to external automotive customers and internal business partners to ensure a positive end to end experience. Responsibilities include Provide verbal and written communication via phone support and email correspondence Monitor various processes including delivery routes and any related changesMust *1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative within a call center environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentProficiency utilizing Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and WordExcellent communication skills and ability to resolve issues within a timely and professional manner*Logistics and/or supply chain industry experienceBilingual - Spanish speakingThis position is 3 months contract with potential for Full Time Hire at the end of contract.Pay *** $18/hr On-site ***** 8615 South 192nd Street Kent, Washington 98031
