Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a dynamic corporation in the San Fernando Valley seeking an experienced In-House Corporate Paralegal to join their legal team. The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to the legal department and other internal departments handling a variety of corporate and intellectual property matters. This role offers a comprehensive opportunity for an individual to utilize their expertise in corporate governance, contract management, and intellectual property.ResponsibilitiesContract database management.Preparing and interpreting contracts and agreements.Entity formations and dissolutions.Corporate governance for existing entities.Managing and tracking intellectual property registrations.Acting as a liaison between the legal department and other internal departments, outside counsel, and vendors.QualificationsParalegal Certificate is required.Minimum 3+ years of in a corporate legal environment.Corporate governance and regulatory compliance experience strongly preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a reputable company and contribute to their legal departments success.
