We are seeking an experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager with experience in marketing solutions to large banks and financial institutions. This role requires a deep understanding of solutions in areas such as risk management tools, compliance training, and research.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full marketing funnel, from strategy development to execution and reporting, ensuring alignment with the companys membership and revenue goals.This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with business leaders and hone skills in campaign management, all within a service-oriented and innovative team.Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Gain a deep understanding of the business, assess current marketing strategies, and create campaign plans for financial products and services. Establish the annual campaign strategy process.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, optimize, and measure B2B marketing campaigns aimed at member acquisition, retention, and expansion, while managing associated budgets.Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve the performance of full-funnel campaigns. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine lead qualification, sales enablement, and reporting processes.Budget Management: Build campaigns with targeted tactics and realistic objectives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate and align marketing strategies and objectives across internal and external teams to ensure successful program execution and achieve shared business goals.Campaign Reporting & Optimization: Regularly compile reports on campaign performance, optimize strategies based on data insights, and document campaign recommendations.Content Collaboration: Work closely with content teams to ensure the creation of valuable and engaging content as part of marketing outreach.Market Research: Continuously seek market trends, competitive insights, and industry data to enhance campaign performance and drive innovation.Team Leadership & Culture: Foster a collaborative team culture that values diversity and promotes innovation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of B2B product marketing experience (corporate, non-agency) with a proven focus on large banks and financial institutions.Experience with solutions such as risk management tools, compliance training, research, and analytics.Demonstrated success in generating strong business results through marketing campaigns.Ability to think strategically, communicate persuasively, and execute campaigns from start to finish.Strong analytical skills and an ability to drive data-driven marketing decisions.Experience managing marketing budgets, full-funnel campaigns, and performance metrics.Proven success in working cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.Solution-oriented with a results-driven attitude, fast learner, and strong problem-solving skills.Experience in crafting omni-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
