Escrow OfficerFort Collins, CO$60-75k base salary + CommissionRole Summary:As an Escrow Officer, you will play a key role in managing real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with financial and legal requirements. You will act as a trusted intermediary between parties, oversee document preparation, resolve title issues, and facilitate closings.Key Responsibilities:Open and manage escrow accounts, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately.Review and process real estate transactions, clearing titles, verifying documents, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, and lenders.Identify and resolve title defects, liens, and encumbrances.Calculate prorations and prepare transaction statements.Conduct closing meetings, ensuring documents are properly executed and funds are disbursed accordingly.Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Apply problem-solving skills to address transaction challenges efficiently.Ideal Candidate:Experience working in an escrow role (Officer, Assistant, Jr. Officer, etc.)Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindsetExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsProfessional demeanor and ability to manage multiple stakeholdersProficiency with digital transaction systems and escrow processesReliable, self-motivated, and a team playerIf youre an experienced Escrow Officer looking to join a forward-thinking company with strong growth opportunities, we'd love to hear from you!
