Construction Coordinator - IIDowners Grove ILJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Coordinator - II with expertise in NTP for Hardening, Drawing Reviews, and Magenta Build Experience. This role requires a strong background in network construction and project coordination, specifically in the telecom industry. The selected candidate will assist the Construction Project Manager with construction schedules, reporting, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of network buildouts.Key Responsibilities:Support the Construction Project Manager with managing construction schedules.Provide Job in Progress (JIP) and QC/QA reports for ongoing projects.Review and analyze NTP (Network Termination Point) drawings for Hardening and Drawing Reviews.Ensure construction and installation work complies with T-Mobile's Magenta Build specifications.Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) based on RFDS designs, BOM templates, and regional market requirements.Collaborate with vendors and teams to ensure timely project delivery, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.Assist in managing daily project tasks, troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain project timelines.Familiarity with 5G networks, Talon, and BAT knowledge is a plus.Qualifications:At least 3 years of relevant experience in network construction or project coordination, preferably in telecom.Hands-on experience with Nokia equipment, T-Mobile network builds, and Sprint networks.Strong ability to read and understand RFDS construction drawings.Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, using templates for RFDS designs.Knowledge of 5G technologies and tools such as MS Office, Power BI, and dashboards.Excellent organizational, time management, and deadline-oriented skills.Strong attention to detail, team player mentality, and the ability to work under pressure.Preferred Skills:Previous experience working with T-Mobile networks and Sprint.Knowledge of Talon and BAT for network construction and reporting.Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.What you didn't know about us:Competitive salaryLong-Term growth potentialWith this position, you will get the opportunity to work with a game changing client and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!We are Connectors.
