Role **Our client, a leading Real Estate Investment firm in San Francisco, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position reports directly to the Principals and Managing Directors. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be highly organized, proactive, and able to support a team of busy executives. Provide high-level administrative support to 5 *** 3 Principals and 2 Managing DirectorsManage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expensesAssist with ordering lunch and managing day-to-day office needs for the teamSupport 20% of the time with front desk duties, including welcoming visitors and supporting HR initiativesHandle general administrative tasks, ensuring the executives schedules and priorities are managed efficientlyCoordinate meetings and events, both internally and externallyWork closely with other administrative assistants to ensure smooth office operationsAssist with any ad-hoc projects as needed to support executives and company-wide initiatives*****Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role (finance experience not required)Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailProficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionPositive, proactive, and team-oriented attitudeAbility to work independently and take initiative as neededYou can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
