Director of Maintenance

The Maintenance Director is responsible for managing the maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing facilities across the US. This role includes overseeing a team of maintenance managers and technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and implementing efficient maintenance strategies. The Director will lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Key **Lead maintenance teams and optimize equipment performance.Develop and manage Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement strategies.Oversee the maintenance budget, driving cost reductions and efficiency.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Manage special projects, including capital equipment upgrades.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on maintenance initiatives.Supervise outsourced maintenance contractors and ensure cross-training for staff.**Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and leadership.Ability to read technical documents and write professional reports.Class K certification (or willingness to obtain)
