The MNK Group is recruiting on behalf of its client in the construction space that specializes in construction, demolition, and facility and grounds maintenance, primarily serving government agencies and prime contractors. Our client is hiring a Project Manager to join its team. Job Summary:Manage and oversee civil construction projects, ensuring successful completion within budget and schedule. Responsibilities include planning, execution, and coordination of site work, excavation, underground utility installation (structures & piping), demolition, and HDPE projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of civil construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Oversee site work, excavation, underground utility installation, demolition, and HDPE projects.Manage project documentation and reporting.Project EstimationQualifications:Proven experience in managing civil construction projects.Strong knowledge of site work, excavation, underground utilities, demolition, and HDPE installation.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software.
