About the JobProject Associate - Up to $100,000MANHATTAN, NY / PERMANENT / IN OFFICEOur client is a well-established and highly regarded commercial furniture dealership, known for delivering innovative and high-quality solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses across various industries.The client is dedicated to creating inspiring and efficient workspaces that enhance productivity and foster collaboration.What's in it for you?$75,000 - $100,000Benefits Package includes: 401k, health benefits, team bonus and more.Your roleCan assume the lead role in managing small projects and/or handle day to day account management, and assist in budget preparationOn larger scale projects, partners with the PM to prepare budget, specifications and project schedulesResponsible for pricing of furniture, preparation of proposals, and coordination of shop drawings, approvals, and change ordersSupports the PM in communication with clients, vendors, and design firms on various project activitiesHandles punch list resolution; creates related status report, works with manufactures to resolve issuesWhat you need?3-5 years of industry experience (design or furniture), dealer specific experience preferred but not requiredTeam Design softwareCAP 20/20 softwareExcellent MS office skills, Excel requiredMust be able to work well in a fast-paced, chaotic atmosphere where multi-tasking, time management.
