Still in the early-growth phase of the company, this is an opportunity to join the fast-growing team at a pivotal point in their journey.Role Overview:This is a unique opportunity to join the team in a senior role, as the key technical partner for one of the companys most strategic enterprise customers on the West Coast. You will work directly with technical teams and leadership, ensuring seamless solution design, deployment, and adoption of generative AI technologies. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic account management, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and influencing product development based on real-world enterprise needs.Responsibilities:Technical ExpertiseArchitect and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs.Provide hands-on technical guidance for solution integration and deployment.Collaborate closely with RD and product teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary technical contact.Ensure customer success by managing the full solution lifecycle - from initial engagement to adoption.Conduct on-site visits to strengthen customer collaboration and align on priorities.Strategic InfluenceIdentify opportunities for account expansion and communicate insights to internal teams.Provide feedback to influence the product roadmap based on real-world customer use cases.What we are looking for:Extensive experience working with large enterprise accounts in technical customer-facing roles as part of a post-sales or professional services function at a deep tech company, i.e. solution architect, technical account manager, deployment engineer.Experience with generative AI solutions, including LLM deployment and AI infrastructureHands-on expertise in production-level coding and deployment (Python)Strong knowledge of VPC environments (AWS)Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to engage with c-level executives to align technical solutions with business objectivesWhy you should apply:High-impact and career-building role: you will be responsible for a strategic enterprise account that is a top-tier brand nameOpportunity to join as one of the early team membersWork with an experienced and very capable leadership team at the forefront of generative AI innovation
