Worth, TXResponsibilitiesWorking through preconstruction phase with the PM, ready to complete buyoutSupporting the PM with writing scopes of work, creating the project budget and scheduleManaging the submittal log for RFIs and Change OrdersAssisting with managing all materials for the job siteQualificationsBachelors Degree in a construction related field or equivalent experienceExperience on ground up multifamily projects in excess of $30MMExpertise in using ProCore software
