Real Estate Hospitality Associate

The Merker Group is seeking a mid-level Real Estate attorney with Hospitality experience to join a well-known law firms Los Angeles office. This firm pays very competitively and has a hybrid/remote work policy.This group represents owners, operators, investors, developers, independent management companies and capital providers on their hotel projects worldwide. This position provides specialized experience with hotel ownership, franchising and management, and broad exposure to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, leasing, and construction. Required Experience2 to 6 years of experience negotiating and drafting transactional agreements, performing due diligence and closing transactions. Sophisticated law firm experience and prior hospitality experience are required. J.D. and excellent academic credentials. California Bar license.
