We are looking to bring onboard communication and detail-oriented professional candidates, who would get full in-house training, to join our highly reputable Client Relations Team and Filing Team! Client Relations Specialist - Role DescriptionThis is a client-facing role in which you will be communicating directly with our clients with the goal to build strong relationships between clients and our firm, address incoming client inquiries, and collect required information from our clients for ordered services. The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys working directly with clients, is well-organized, detail-oriented, thrives in a team-based environment, and displays excellent administrative and communication skills.Communicate with clients, via phone and email, to understand their needs, provide information about our services, and gather required information needed for document preparationEstablishing and nurturing strong, positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfactionAddress incoming client inquiries, questions, and status requests.Conducting periodic check-ins to assess client needs and gather feedbackCollaborating with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a unified and positive client experience.Other administrative and office tasks, as assignedCorporate Filing Specialist - Role DescriptionIn this role, you will be assisting our clients in the smooth and accurate filing of new businesses and other related business registration and compliance services. The ideal candidate would be well-organized, detail-oriented, thrive in a team-based environment, and display excellent administrative and communication skills.Using client-provided information to prepare documents for new business registrations and related filings for existing businesses.Submission of prepared documentation to appropriate departments for processing.Communicating with clients, via email and phone, to gather necessary information needed for document preparation.Providing updates to clients on the status of their filings, addressing client inquiries, and delivering final documents to our clients.Conducting thorough reviews of documentation and record entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.Other administrative and office tasks, as assignedHelpful SkillsExcellent customer service skillsDetail-orientedOrganizedAbility to multi-taskQuick learnerData-entry experiencePhone and email communicationAbility to be flexibleCollaborating within a team-based environmentSee our New HQ here:
