Graphic Artist - Girls (Ages 2-10)

Our client, a children's apparel company, is hiring a Graphic Artist Girls, ages 2-10 to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office). The ideal candidate will have experience working across various product categories, including apparel, accessories, and packaging.Job Duties **Develop original, trend-forward graphics for girls apparel and related product categoriesConduct research on seasonal trends to create fresh, market-relevant designsDesign placement prints, all-over prints, and typography-based graphicsPartner with design, merchandising, and production teams to create cohesive collectionsPrepare production-ready artwork optimized for screen printing, embroidery, and other embellishment techniquesCollaborate with licensors and brand partners to ensure designs align with established style guidesMonitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis to drive innovationEnsure all artwork meets brand identity, pricing strategies, and retailer specificationsJob Qualifications *5+ years of experience as a Graphic Artist in mass-market retailA strong portfolio showcasing girls fashion graphics and trend-driven designsProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignIn-depth knowledge of print production techniques and fabric applicationsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlinesStrong understanding of color, typography, and compositionExperience working within licensing and branding guidelines is a plusExcellent collaboration and communication skills**** $70k - $75k annuallyWhile PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
