As part of our U.S. expansion, we are seeking a high-performing Account Director - Sales to drive business growth in Florida and New York.Role OverviewThe Account Director - Sales will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, developing strategic relationships, and expanding Axpe Consulting's presence in the U.S. This is a hunter role requiring a strong background in B2B IT sales, solution selling, and enterprise account management.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Sales & Business ** Identify and secure new business opportunities within telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare industries.Client Acquisition & Relationship ***** Build and maintain long-term partnerships with C-suite executives and decision-makers.Solution ***** Present AI, cloud, data analytics, and ServiceNow solutions to address client challenges and business needs.Sales Strategy ***** Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Lead Generation & ***** Generate leads through networking, industry events, and outreach.Sales Pipeline & CRM ***** Track sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).Collaboration with Internal ***** Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.Market ***** Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to optimize sales strategies.Qualifications7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in IT solutions.Proven success in selling AI, cloud, data analytics, ServiceNow, or digital transformation solutions.Strong ability to engage and negotiate with C-level executives and decision-makers.Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Candidates must be based in Florida or New York and be able to travel within these locations as needed.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + commission.Opportunities for career advancement in a rapidly growing organization.Access to cutting-edge technology and enterprise-level projects.Dynamic and innovative work environment with a global team of industry experts.How to ApplyIf you are an ambitious, results-driven sales leader based in Florida or New York, we'd love to hear from you!📩Submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your experience in IT sales and how you can contribute to Axpe Consulting's success.
