They offer a performance-driven culture where innovation, career growth, and creative problem-solving are rewarded.About You:You have 3-6 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing large and complex deals.You excel in fast-paced environments, working independently and proactively to achieve sales goals.You possess strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.You bring a data-driven mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a knack for identifying business opportunities.You hold a bachelor's degree, ideally in business or a related field.You are confident managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.What You Will Do:You will identify and engage potential clients with 500+ employees through strategic prospecting and networking.You will consult with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored HR software solutions.You will conduct in-person and virtual product presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of the company's offerings.You will develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.You will consistently track sales activity, pipeline status, and results using CRM tools.You will prepare accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.You will collaborate with client services and implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.You will provide mentorship and support to less experienced sales team members when needed.You will uphold ethical business practices and demonstrate strong work ethic.What You Will Need:3-6 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on consultative selling.A history of successfully managing and closing complex sales processes.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients at all levels.Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce for tracking sales activities and forecasts.Analytical skills to assess client needs and identify new sales opportunities.A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.Whats in it for You:Flexible remote work options with a virtual-first work philosophy.Competitive base salary between $105,000 - $115,000, with additional performance-based bonuses or commissions.Equity opportunities through Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) for new associates.401(k) plan with employer matching.Generous paid time off, including 10 holidays and an additional day for a holiday of your choice.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.Paid family leave for birth parents, non-birth parents, elder care, and military support.Sabbatical opportunities for long-tenured associates.Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) to buy company stock at a discounted rate.Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health and wellness support.
