Job **The Operations Manager for Private Lending Origination will oversee the end-to-end loan origination process for real estate loans, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a seamless borrower experience. This role requires a deep understanding of private lending, underwriting, and loan processing to optimize workflows and manage operational risks effectively.Key *Oversee the entire loan origination process, from initial application to closing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Manage a team of loan processors, underwriters, and closing specialists to drive productivity and maintain high service levels.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance loan origination efficiency and borrower satisfaction.Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to streamline processes and remove bottlenecks.Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.Maintain strong relationships with brokers, borrowers, and investors to facilitate seamless transactions.Oversee the integration and use of loan origination software (LOS) and other relevant technology platforms.Manage risk assessment processes to mitigate potential financial and operational risks.Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.*Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.5+ years of experience in private lending, mortgage lending, or real estate loan origination operations.Proven track record in managing loan origination teams and improving operational efficiencies.Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines, and lending best practices.Proficiency in loan origination software (LOS) and financial analysis tools.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Preferred *Experience in private money lending, hard money loans, or alternative financing.Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving lending environment.Compensation & ****Competitive salary based on experience.Performance-based bonuses and incentives.Health insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.If you are a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with a passion for real estate lending, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
