Your JobSRG Global is seeking you to become our Process Engineer at our facility in Evansville, IN!As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for managing the technical aspects of the Molding Process (ex. tooling trials, coordinating tool changes, mentoring technicians) to produce quality molded parts. We pride ourselves on being the partner of choice for our internal and external customers.What You Will DoPerform root cause analysis and provide reports on production and equipment related issuesPerform inspections of equipment and monitor for changesTrain, mentor and coach all technicians on technical skillsComplete yield improvement projectsParticipate in mold flow reviews and provide detailed solutions to potential processing concernsParticipate in tooling trials on new moldsCollaborate with corporate tooling engineers in tool design review meetingsCreate processes for incoming moldsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Engineering or technical experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience troubleshooting and identifying root cause corrective actionWhat Will Put You AheadExperience troubleshooting injection molding processing and tooling in a manufacturing environmentBachelor's degree in engineeringMaster Molder 1Automotive ExperienceThis role is not eligible for sponsorship.Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data.
