Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functionally with other department heads to ensure the organization adheres to industry-specific compliance requirements and regulations across various sectors.Primary **Manage regulatory compliance inquiries from customers and stay up to date with regulatory documentation.Participate and in some cases lead project management activities that are in line with strategic initiatives and goalsManage material safety data database, ensuring all materials are compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulationsEnsure timely submittals and reporting, and keeping accurate and complete recordsManage regulations and related business activities when goods are moved across international bordersConduct audits and gap analysis, among other activities to ensure regulatory compliance**Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field2+ years of regulation and compliance professional experience in the chemical or similar industry such as nutrition, ingredients, water treatment, personal care/cosmetics, CASE, colorants, industrial additives, etc.Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements within related industry
