***** Application Support Engineer ***** 6 Months + ***** Cincinnati OH (ONLY W2)Job *****As a support engineer your role is to understand and support multiple applications.Lead Major Incident calls impacting the Pickup Fulfillment domain and provide clear, timely updates on status of service restoration to key stakeholders.Drive root-cause analysis of critical business and production issues to prevent future occurrences and review/approve potential solutionsWork with the engineering teams to continuously implement and improve reliable and speedy build environmentsCraft solid and clearly explained documentationParticipate in an off-hours on-call rotation, and perform periodic off-hours work during maintenance windowsDesired Previous Experience/EducationStrong Java, Java SE, JSP, JavaScript background and development skills - Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL. - Development experience using Unica APIs - Required experience working with Unica Marketing Operations 8.x or above. Should have working experience on RESTFUL webservices, Hibernate and Spring MVC
