Crane Operations Project Manager

DAY TO DAY: Insight Global is hiring a Crane Technical Support Logistics Manager for a large Energy Solutions client in Schenectady, NY. This individual will oversee crane technical documentation, mission oversight, and service procurement for the MCU division. Responsibilities include coordinating lift plans, managing crane vendors, sourcing equipment, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role involves long-term planning, vendor audits, and developing crane strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.MUST HAVES: Bachelors degree + minimal experience OR HSD/GED with 4+ years of experience in related fieldProficient in developing lift plans, interpreting crane manuals/load charts, and understanding the effects of wind on crane operationsStrong cost reduction negotiation experienceAbility to manage dynamic schedules/projectsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills PLUSSES: Six Sigma trainingCompensation: $45-$65hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
