Transactional Real Estate Paralegal

One of the fastest growing Real Estate Private Equity Firms is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal hire that will be working closely with legal leadership on day-to-day real estate transactional matters. In this role, the Real Estate Paralegal will assist with all phases of the deal cycle and closely assist with entity formation, qualifications, reinstatements, document preparation and management, title and survey, due diligence, and the deal-closing process. This position will be joining a dymanic legal team in Midtown Manhattan on a hybrid schedule.**Review title, survey, and title commitments and respond to title and survey comments from counterpartiesDrive the deal process through due diligenceWork with vendors to order various due diligence certificates and searchesOrganize and track transaction activitiesAssist with all closing and post-closing matters**Bachelors degree4-6 years of experience in a corporate environmentCorporate Real Estate experienceAbility to work and operate independently with minimal supervisionStong organizational skillsIf you are interested in the Real Estate Paralegal role, please feel free to reach out with an updated resume!
