We leverage cutting-edge conversational AI to automate tedious outbound phone calls for healthcare organizations. Our customers include leading revenue cycle management (RCM) companies, dental service organizations (DSOs), digital health providers, and provider data vendors. We help these customers automate a variety of call types, including benefits verifications, claim follow-ups, prior authorization follow-ups, credentialing and enrollment follow-ups, and provider data inquiries. Over the past three years, we have built a dedicated team and are backed by prominent investors including Greycroft, Slow Ventures, and Box Group. This is a hybrid/onsite position based in New York City.The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for customer retention, experience, and expansion.Role ** The Customer ** Lead trialing, onboarding, adoption, and renewal strategies to ensure long-term client success.Strategic Account * Develop deep relationships and serve as the main point of contact with stakeholders, understand their needs, and proactively drive value and own retention.Performance * Analyze client data and workflows to provide insights that improve outcomes and efficiency.Cross-Functional * Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and inform product development.Expansion & * Identify opportunities to expand accounts by aligning solutions with customer goals.Client * Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to improve the overall user experience.Operational *Collaborate with Support and Operations to enhance order accuracy, optimize delivery timelines, and establish a continuous, high-performance feedback loop with clientsAbout **5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role within healthcare.Deep understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), and AI-driven solutions is preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proven ability to drive customer retention and revenue growth.Preferred experience in a high-growth fast-paced startup
