The Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, providing support, enhancing customer experience, and effective communication to ensure top-notch customer service and loyalty.QualificationsGorgias and/or Zendesk experience required. Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skillsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsPrevious experience in customer care or related fieldAbility to work independently and collaborativelyDetail-oriented and organized mindsetKnowledge of CRM systems is a plusExperience in the fashion or retail industry is beneficialHigh school diploma or equivalent required
