Contracts Analyst

The Contract Analyst III supports Small Cell within the Network Operations and Implementation team, ensuring contract accuracy and readiness for execution. They collaborate directly with the Contract Specialist to resolve errors identified during reviews and are responsible for managing data quality within Contract Management.**Review revenue and expense agreements for accuracy, ensuring data, approvals, and supporting documentation align with the contract.Manage contract hierarchy reviews to ensure accurate data feeds into the Business Process Management (BPM) tool.Process monthly venue redactions for upload into the Contract Database.Manage and analyze monthly reporting for Contract Management.Identify gaps in contract preparation compliance, recommend solutions, and execute process improvements.Develop and maintain business relationships with internal partners/customers.Manage the quality and assess risks within contracts or associated data.Support the definition of targets around quality, cycle time, and production.Ability to advise at multiple levels within the business.Balance long-term planning with short-term urgent needs.Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in managing difficult conversations.Influence discussions through relationship-building and data-driven knowledge.Ability to interpret contract language and apply it in a business context.Strategic thinking to drive process enhancements and ensure contract accuracy.Flexibility to prioritize day-to-day tasks alongside high-priority requests.Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented and data-driven approach.Embody PURPLE values and drive accountability.Education/Bachelor's degree with experience in a high-level analytical role.Experience/Minimum *5+ years of experience leading complex, analytical, enterprise-level projects.Organizational ****Collaborative role with internal teams and external stakeholders, reporting to leadership for strategic alignment.
