Discharge Manifold Equipment (DME) Inspector

Length of ***** 1 year with potential to convert to FTE ***** Standard hours, 40 per week 5 days 100% on Site Top ***** 1. perform visual and nondestructive examination on stationary equipment in accordance with the API and ASME standards 2. provide client with technical recommendations for the repair, re-rate, replacement, and/or alteration of plant equipment 3. Inspector must have the ability to follow and draw isometric drawings and ability to circutize plant's piping.Additional ***** 1. Foster a culture of safety and quality assurance. 2. Prepare technically accurate reports documenting equipment condition and data in a clear and timely manner. 3. Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Required ***** 1. API 510/570 and API 653 Certification Job Description call ***** 1. Minimum of 5years experience and 2+ years onsite chemical plant experience preferred. 2. Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent 3. API 510/570 and API 653 Certification 4. In-depth working knowledge of API 510/570 and ASME standards 5. Level II certifications in NDT methods (MT/PT/UTT) would be considered an asset.
