As a small, minority-owned, and woman-managed business, we are committed to sustainability, security, and innovation.Additionally, eWaste.Pro Inc. is developing Retest.us, a platform designed to automate testing and grading for refurbished electronics, ensuring transparency and quality assurance in the resale market. The Onsite Operations Supervisor will assist in the integration of Retest.us into daily operations while maintaining workplace efficiency and compliance.eWaste.Pro Inc. follows strict certification standards for responsible electronics recycling. This role will ensure that all onsite activities align with these standards, particularly in data security, environmental compliance, and workplace safety.Job Summary:The Onsite Operations Supervisor (Entry-Level) at eWaste.Pro Inc. is responsible for overseeing onsite activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, assigning tasks to employees, and monitoring operational efficiency. This role ensures accurate employee timekeeping, assists with payroll processing, generates performance reports, and handles procurement for business needs.Additionally, this role supports the development of Retest.us and ensures that all operations comply with certification standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to gain experience in operations management, workforce supervision, and procurement within the ITAD industry.Key Responsibilities:Work Policy Enforcement & SupervisionEnsure employees follow all eWaste.Pro Inc. policies and procedures.Monitor onsite work activities to ensure operational efficiency.Address policy violations, maintain workplace discipline, and escalate issues when necessary.Task Assignment & Workflow ManagementAssign daily tasks to employees and monitor progress.Track task completion and ensure employees meet productivity expectations.Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.Attendance & TimekeepingEnsure employees clock in and clock out on time.Track and verify attendance records to prevent unauthorized overtime or tardiness.Address absenteeism and enforce company attendance policies.Payroll & Performance ReportingAssist with payroll processing based on timekeeping data.Track employee performance and productivity, generating reports for management.Provide weekly and monthly reports on workforce efficiency.Procurement & Inventory ManagementIdentify and place orders for business needs, including tools, supplies, and equipment.Monitor stock levels and ensure necessary resources are available.Work with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries.Development & Implementation of Retest.usAssist in integrating Retest.us into daily operations.Support automation of testing and grading for refurbished electronics.Provide feedback on platform functionality and suggest improvements.Compliance with Certification StandardsEnsure all business operations adhere to eWaste.Pro's certification standards, including:Data security and destruction compliance.Environmental responsibility in electronics recycling.Workplace safety and compliance with industry regulations.Monitor and document compliance activities related to certified recycling processes.Communication & ReportingAct as a liaison between employees and management.Report operational challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency.Maintain organized records of employee performance, attendance, payroll, procurement, and certification compliance.Qualifications:Entry-level experience in operations, supervision, or business administration is preferred.Strong organizational and leadership skills to maintain workplace efficiency.Familiarity with payroll systems, timekeeping software, and performance tracking tools (preferred but not required).Experience in procurement or vendor management is a plus.Ability to multitask, solve problems, and enforce company policies effectively.Interest in ITAD, e-waste recycling, and process automation (training provided).Understanding of certifications such as R2, ISO 14001, or other compliance standards (preferred but not required).Why Join eWaste.Pro Inc.?Gain valuable hands-on experience in operations, procurement, and workforce supervision.Be part of a growing company dedicated to sustainability and technology innovation.Work with a team developing Retest.us, a cutting-edge electronics testing and grading platform.Learn about certified recycling standards and compliance in the ITAD industry.
