We specialize in private label consumer/retail products, promotional products and premiums, influencer mailers, gifts-with-purchase, packaging, employee gifts and rewards and more!We work with our clients to understand their position/voice and help create an emotional connection between our clients and their customers through branded products.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team, specializing in branded merchandise for beauty industry clients. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative professional who thrives in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering innovative merchandise solutions that align with beauty brands' aesthetics and values. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with Sales as a primary point of contact for key beauty industry clients; maintaining and developing strong, long-term relationships.Attend meetings, tradeshows and other in person/digital client development outreach; travel when necessary.Manage end-to-end project execution, from initial concept development to final product delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and brand alignment.Collaborate closely with our in house design and production teams to create bespoke merchandise that will exceed client expectations.Monitor market trends and competitive activity to recommend innovative product solutions to clients.Stay informed on recent successful influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships within the beauty industry, leveraging insights to enhance client strategies.Negotiate pricing and timelines with vendors and clients to ensure profitability and efficiency.Provide strategic guidance on product selection, materials, and sustainability options to align with brand values.Understand and calculate financial information, such as margins and discounts to ensure profitable sales results,Effectively manage, prioritize, and delegate a daily task list, maintaining strict compliance and adherence to system hygiene and processes, account management team deliverables, deadlines, and calendars, and other internal operations and project management focused responsibilities.You should apply if:5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the branded merchandise, promotional products, fashion merchandising or beauty industry.Deep understanding of the beauty sector, including brand aesthetics, packaging, and consumer trends: specifically a strong awareness of influencer marketing trends and leading beauty brand collaborations.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.Communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of client relationship management and inside sales.Experience working with product development, sourcing, and supply chain management.Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite and project management tools.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.Willingness to work in a high-energy setting that sometimes requires late-night emails and flexible hours to accommodate client needs.Passion for beauty and branded merchandise, with a keen eye for design and trend forecasting.We're likely not the right fit if:The thought of multiple brands and demanding clients with different needs at one time seems overwhelming.Your preference is a slow paced, easy to "quiet quit" job.
