Ultimate Staffing is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Technician to support capital projects, validate engineered solutions, and assist in designing custom industrial control panels for an industry-leading engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned leaders and subject matter experts while contributing to high-quality solutions for clients across various industries.** MUST BE LOCAL TO ST. LOUISElectrical Engineering Technician (EET)** Maryland Heights, MO (Onsite) $26-30/hr (DOE)** Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMKey Responsibilities· Validate engineered solutions and collect design/build packages.· Act as a liaison between Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing.· Schedule and execute handoff meetings for engineering and manufacturing teams.· Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) for non-engineered solutions.· Interface with clients and distributor representatives.· Research alternative electrical components to optimize cost, design, and delivery.· Assist in designing custom industrial control panels based on project specifications.Qualifications· 1+ year of industrial automation fabrication experience.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system design, fabrication, and troubleshooting.· Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities with minimal supervision.· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.· Experience with Allen-Bradley hardware and networks (preferred, but not required).· Degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent experience.Additional Information*Regional travel may be required on a sporadic basis to support projects.Apply today to join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
