Position **We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee plumbing construction projects for ground-up K-12, medical, and industrial buildings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact projects, overseeing the plumbing systems installation, integration, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems with a focus on the mechanical contracting industry. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and make a lasting impact on a wide range of construction projects.Key *Lead plumbing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors for timely completion.Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering a positive work environment and supporting professional growth.Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, prompt issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.Manage project expenses, address cost challenges, and keep stakeholders informed of financial status.Collaborate with other project managers, engineers, architects, and stakeholders for seamless system integration.Ensure plumbing and HVAC installations comply with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.Identify and resolve project challenges to keep the project on track.Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress.*Minimum 5 years of project management experience, focusing on plumbing and mechanical construction for K-12, medical, or industrial projects.Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple projects.Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, installation techniques, and codes. Integration experience is a plus.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain schedules and budgets.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
