Summary of Job Description:The LANN/REL Coordinator provides a broad range of support to the overall Real Estate Legal teams and performs duties such as scanning and distributing documents, distributing mail, and coordinating the execution and notarization of legal documents. This position also helps improve processes and reduce administrative costs.You'll get a chance to: Provides broad administrative support to the overall Real Estate Legal teams and works on projects as assigned.Logs and scans into DocuWare and then distributes documents received via FedEx, certified mail, USPS, and priority mailEdits, orders, and manages Certificates of Insurance (COIs).Distributes mail on a daily basisScans files, fills out shipping labels, and sends out fully-executed documents on a timely basisReviews, prepares, and coordinates execution and notarization of legal documents on a timely mannerProactively suggests improvements to processes and ways to reduce administrative costsPerforms miscellaneous database and administrative work as requested.How we reward you:Hybrid remote schedule401K with company matchYearly bonus opportunityFull medical, dental, and vision insurance *On-site fitness center, biometric screen, and flu shot clinicDiscounts at Panda restaurants, theme parks, and gym membershipsPaid time off starting at 15 days with 7 federal holidaysContinuous education assistance and scholarshipsIncome protection including Disability, Life and AD&D insuranceBereavement leaveBenefits available for eligible permanent full time associatesYour background & experience:Working towards a Bachelor degree in business or paralegal certificationMinimum one year of work experience required; administrative experience in handling legal documents preferredIf hired, successful completion of annual store trainingObtaining a valid Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.If hired, successful completion of annual store trainingRestaurant ADA/EEO - PXADA Statement:While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high.
