Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, hybrid administrative assistant role at Papa Johns in Atlanta. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and demonstrating strong communication skills and clerical abilities. The role may include tasks related to executive administrative assistance, data collection/entry, reports, event coordination, scheduling, travel arrangements, message monitoring, scanning, electronic filing, assisting with prepping the office, and other duties as assigned.Assisting with Finance Leadership team expensesAssisting with upkeep and calendar of Finance conference roomAssisting with Investor Call Log in IR InsightsAssist with booking FLT travel, as neededAssist with setting up and onboarding of new Finance team membersAssist with greeting office visitors as neededAssist with label creation and shipping items, as neededAssist with stocking office snacks and office suppliesAssist with FUN activities and outings for the Finance Department including ordering lunches, happy hours, holiday gatherings and more!QualificationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAdministrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsStrong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft OfficeDigitally savvy with online platformsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
