The Medicare D-SNP Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Medicare Inside and Field Sales Department to support the launch, growth, and retention of CenCal Healths D-SNP Duals Plan. This role involves leading the development and establishment of a sales department, managing a telesales team and a fully remote field sales team to achieve or exceed sales goals.Reporting directly to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Sales Manager ensures the successful achievement of sales, compliance, and quality metrics for the department. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance to the sales team through licensing, coaching, and professional development, as well as establishing and enforcing CRM processes and rules to support efficient operations. Additionally, the Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining compliance with ethical standards and regulations, representing the organization's product offerings with integrity, and clearly communicating the benefits of the D-SNP Duals Plan to potential members to drive enrollment and retention.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead the Sales department.Provide leadership to a diverse team (sales agents, administrative support) by setting clear performance expectations, coaching, and offering continuous development opportunities to enhance sales capabilities and drive performance.Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of qualified staff.y.Qualifications3+ years of Inside and Fields Sales management with a proven track record for results with high-touch prospects.Active California Health & Life Insurance Producer's License with the DOI.D-SNP and/or MAPD sales experience.
