Inside Sales Specialist

PRIMARY **Responsible for sales & communications activities, working under the direction of the Sensing & Controls Technical Sales Director, Americas. Manages communication activities, including content creation and management of trade shows for the Sensing & Control Division in the Americas. Supports the sales department with all sales activity, including administration, contract negotiations, qualifications tracking, formulation, generation of management tracking reports, and day-to-day action items.DUTIES & *Developing clear, convincing content that encourages audiences to engage with KYOCERA AVX S&C and build the reputation as a leader in the electronic sensing & control market.Coordination of Trade Shows / Events, including preparation/logistics, travel, setup, promotion, lead-retrieval, tear-downWorking collaboratively with the product marketing groups and engineering teams to effectively promote the KYOCERA AVX Sensing & Control brand and productsSupport the Outside Sales team, including processing orders, Sugar CRM management, contract processing, quote creation, etc.Collaborating with the European Tech Centers to gather the latest information on product offerings, etc.Monitoring of customer contract fulfilments e.g. yearly volume, sourcing agreements, etc.*Bachelors degree is required, in a Business, Marketing, Engineering fieldExperience in a sales/marketing roleStrong interpersonal communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to build relationships with key decision makers on all levels within an organization.Aptitude to learn technical products and conceptsHighly motivated, innovative, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented with ability to coordinate program activities and manage multiple projects.EEO *Kyocera-AVX is an Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/D/V/**** All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
