We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Custom Construction sales & marketing team as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator!In this role, youll work closely with our Director of Marketing to execute a comprehensive marketing communications strategy, with a strong focus on digital marketing. Youll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:Supporting digital strategy and administrative tasks such as newsletters, email marketing campaigns, website optimizations, and Google Business Profile maintenance.Playing a key role in implementing a social media strategy for all our entities.Collaborating with team members to support our organizations mission and initiatives.Driving a brand strategy that delivers an unparalleled customer experience for our clients.What Were Looking For:A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Excellent oral and written communication skills.A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with HootSuite, SproutSocial, or Buffer.Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.Strong project management skills.Key Responsibilities:Generate, execute, and publish social media content.Stay on top of social media and digital trends.Pitch, create, and publish platform-specific social media content.Design graphics for internal and external use.Assist in developing website assets like newsletters, blogs, and project highlights.Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting content and strategy as needed.Help maintain targeted fiscal budgets.Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.Support event planning by coordinating logistics, creating promotional materials, and providing onsite support.Develop email marketing campaigns, including content creation, designing templates, and analyzing performance metrics.Drive Google Business Profile growth through interaction, refreshed content, and monitoring ads.Be a culture addition who inspires and empowers those around you with a positive and constructive approach.Custom Concrete Co., Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants without discrimination.
