The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Abroad will focus on identifying and qualifying business opportunities within international universities and HR mobility sectors. This role plays a crucial part in generating leads and building relationships with universities, HR departments, and mobility programs to support global student and employee relocation.Main ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate new business opportunities through various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events, etc.).Identify and qualify leads to ensure they align with Abroad's ideal customer profile.Manage and update the CRM with relevant information about each prospect and their status in the sales pipeline.Coordinate introductory meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting universities and HR mobility managers.Continuously follow up with prospects to maintain interest and close opportunities.Provide constant feedback on customer objections and market trends.Requirements1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in international universities, HR mobility, or student services.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to research and prospect effectively.Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or others).Results-driven mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.High level of English (other languages are a plus).BenefitsOpportunity for growth in an expanding international company.Commissions and performance-based bonuses.Remote or hybrid work with flexible hours.Access to tools and training in B2B sales.
