This role involves working collaboratively with internal teams, external engineering firms, and municipal entities to ensure efficient land development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential site design, an in-depth knowledge of zoning and municipal regulations, and the ability to optimize site layouts for cost-effective development.
