You'll be responsible for architecting, building, and deploying machine learning models, automation workflows, and integrating large language models (LLMs) to create an end-to-end autonomous recruitment system.You'll work alongside a business-focused founder and early team to iterate quickly, secure funding, and bring the product to market. We're looking for a hands-on builder who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks in first principles, and is excited about disrupting a massive industry.What You'll DoOwn the Technology Strategy - Architect and develop the core AI agent infrastructure, automation layers, and integrations with hiring platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS systems).AI/ML Development - Build and fine-tune LLMs and agent-based systems for autonomous sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach.Product Development - Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven features based on user feedback and business needs.Scale & Infrastructure - Deploy scalable, cost-efficient systems that handle high-volume recruitment workflows.Team & Culture - Hire and lead a top-tier technical team as the company grows.Fundraising & Strategy - Collaborate on fundraising efforts, pitch to investors, and define the long-term vision of the company.Who You AreTechnical Leader & Builder - You have a strong background in AI/ML, LLMs, and automation, with experience deploying real-world AI products.Experienced Engineer - 5+ years in software engineering, with expertise in Python, AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, Pinecone, Vector Databases), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).Startup Mindset - You move fast, embrace ambiguity, and can ship product iterations quickly.Visionary & Hands-On - You balance strategic thinking with hands-on coding and problem-solving.Deep Interest in AI Agents & Recruiting - You believe in the future of AI-driven hiring and want to build the technology that powers it.Nice to HavePrevious startup experience, ideally as a technical founder or early engineer.Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, or workflow automation.
