Job descriptionPacron is looking to add a Sales Manager to lead an amazing team. As the Sales Manager, your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market share. You'll be responsible for a team spread across the US with strong supporting departments to include Customer Service, Shipping, Production, and other great personnel that assist daily in mission success. Here are the key responsibilities and tasks associated with this **- Developing Sales *** Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives, including identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and developing pricing strategies with our Cost Accountant.- Managing Sales ***** Responsible for ensuring the sales team is not losing market share. Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and support to help them achieve their goals.- Customer Relationship ***** Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Business ***** Identify new business opportunities and market segments. Expand the customer base by prospecting for new clients and developing relationships with potential customers.- Sales Forecasting and ***** Analyze sales data, trends, and market information to forecast future sales volumes and develop sales plans accordingly. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.- Product Knowledge and ***** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments. Provide product training and support to the sales team to enable them to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.- Collaboration with Other ***** Work closely with other departments such as marketing, production, customer service and shipping to coordinate sales activities, ensure product availability, and optimize customer satisfaction.- Trade Shows and ***** Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote products, generate leads, and network with potential customers and partners.- Contract ***** Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes while maximizing profitability for the company.- Market Research and ***** Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.- Budget ***** Develop and manage the sales budget, monitor expenses, and allocate resources effectively to optimize sales performance and profitability.***** $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year salary plus commission and bonus structureJob ** Full-time401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offManufacturing or distribution ** 4 years (Required)Work ***** In person
