Join the Pacsun Community.Learn more here: LinkedIn- Our CommunityAbout the Job: The Wholesale Associate is responsible for helping to develop and grow the Pacsun Wholesale business through leading cross functional processes, providing operational wholesale support, developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, and owning customer service in close collaboration with the Wholesale Manager. The successful candidate is detail oriented and has excellent communication and organization skills to complete tasks in a timely manner.A day in the life, what you'll be doing:Assist with the creation of Seasonal Catalogs, go-to-market strategy, and sell-in meetings with accountsHandle day-to-day front-end customer service requests from wholesale accounts and delegate back[1]in requests to cross functional partners as neededManage NuOrder, GXS Catalog, and other Wholesale Business Platforms on a seasonal basisPurchase Order Maintenance and Tracking Receipt of Purchase Orders to 3PLSales Order MaintenanceCommunicate order updates to wholesale accountsOperational liaison between Production, Logistics and 3PL to ensure orders are shipped on timePrepare weekly, monthly and seasonal selling recaps and provide feedback to Product and Merchandising Teams, identifying new opportunitiesAssist in New Customer Set Up and OnboardingTrend research and market researchPerform other related duties as assignedWhat it takes to Join:Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) and/or equivalent work experience required3 years of relevant experience in wholesaleExtensive knowledge of the retail and wholesale industryExhibits professionalism to effectively communicate and represent PacSun with high profile clients and brandsPro-active in every aspect of work (i.e. forward thinking, ability to anticipate, driven to get tasks accomplished)Proven ability to manage and execute within deadlinesStrong sense of urgency and attention to detailSelf-motivated; ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independentlyBasic to Intermediate knowledge with Excel, Word and PowerPointDeveloping the Community/Leadership Qualities:Operate with the highest level of conduct, integrity, and confidentiality, setting the example for leaders and associates.Develop and nurture strong cross functional partnerships, driving business results and inspiring a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.Serve as a Pacsun advocate in the industry and marketplace.Recruit, identify, develop, and retain talent that delivers performance excellence.As a manager, serve as a leader of company culture, norms, and conduct.Ability to balance a strong management presence with a high level of approachability, encouraging and eliciting associate feedback and interaction.Salary Range: $64,000-$72,915 (Non- Exempt)Pac Perks:Dog friendly office environmentOn-site Cafe · On-site Gym$1,000 referral incentive programGenerous associate discount of 30-50% off merchandise online and in-storesCompetitive long-term and short-term incentive programImmediate 100% vested 401K contributions and employer matchCalm Premium access for all employeesEmployee perks throughout the yearPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume.
