As a Sales Representative at Nowave, you will play a key role in expanding our market share and ensuring the success of our products in dispensaries.Key *Build and nurture relationships with dispensaries, retail partners, and key stakeholders throughout New York State.Promote Nowave's premium cannabis products to increase sales and ensure availability at retail locations.Lead in-store vendor days and provide staff training on product benefits, uses, and features.Collaborate with marketing to implement effective promotional strategies and campaigns.Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams.Monitor sales performance, track inventory, and ensure dispensaries are adequately stocked.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cannabis industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.Represent Nowave at industry events and trade shows to promote our brand and products.Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.****Proven experience in sales, preferably within the cannabis or related industries.Strong understanding of the New York cannabis market and state regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
