The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. We rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.ResponsibilitiesManage professional scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logisticsCoordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executivesManage senior executives' travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and mealsProvide administrative and office support, prepare client documents/presentations, spreadsheet creation, and other adhoc projectsMaintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materialsOrganize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-siteRequired skills and qualificationsAssociate degree preferred with a minimum of two years of clerical experience. Office management and/or executive assistant experience desired.Microsoft office professional experience and proficiency and flexibility in using additional software.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projectsFlexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challengesAbility to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employeesWhat We OfferWere proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
