This is your chance to be part of a team that thrives on excellence and innovation in the legal field.Key **Dive into trial preparation and attend trials and arbitration hearings.Organize and index evidence meticulously.Provide top-notch litigation support and e-discovery expertise.Manage complex litigation matters, prepare and attend depositions, and maintain exhibits.Prepare and attend hearings, review and summarize injury reports, medical and employment records.Create detailed deposition transcript summaries.Experience *A minimum of 10 years experience as a trial paralegal with a strong background in defense.Proven expertise in state and federal court filing.Extensive trial and arbitration experience, including trial preparation and e-discovery.Proficiency in setting up logistics for trial and creating case timelines.Experience drafting simple motions.Familiarity with tools such as Relativity, Disco, Concordance, Trial Director, OnCue, Lexis Nexis, and Westlaw.Role ****Flexibility on hours and overtime for trial is a must.1600 billable requirement.Enjoy a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
